Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
